The Garant Metiz Invest company was founded in 2005 in Dnipropetrovsk. A team of 10 people worked out a business plan for the construction of a metal products factory.

In 2006, the company acquired, as part of the rehabilitation, a production building on the territory of the Electrongaz plant in Zhovti Vody. In March-April, all profile negotiations were held, which resulted in agreements for the purchase of equipment, and in May 2006, the financing of this business project was started at the expense of its own and credit resources provided by Ukrainian and foreign financial institutions.
